whats the serving for 1 pieace of toast, aabout half teaspoon of marge and a little bit of vegemite- prob about half teaspoon?

    If it had vegemite on the toast I would record it as 0 calories cause vegemite sucks eggs.:bigsmile:

    ok what i ment was 1.0 is two peaces of toast what what would the number be for 1 peace of toast? .5??? I have no idea what a teaspoon would be in serving number wise when i need numbers for half teaspoon.

    Yes - half of 2 is 1 - so your toast is .5 servings
    Half a teaspoon is half a teaspoon so your serving is .5
