2 weeks into insanity... Pulled groin

Hey everyone I started insanity I'm only on day 5 of week 2
Anyways yesterday I slipped on the ice and pulled my groin muscle and can't go insane today:( it's driving me crazy!
My question is after my muscle heals do I just jump back in where I left off or should I be restarting the whole program
over again??

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

Hoping that within a week it will be healed, it's not that bad walking hurts a bit but the real problem comes with trying to lift my leg.
