How do I log my exercise into my diary?

I have been doing The Biggest Loser Bootcamp DVD for 5 weeks now. My problem is I don't know exactly how to log it in my exercise diary. I have been putting it under "Aerobics-General" and the amount of time I do it. I know that in the DVD, Bob states that it is circuit training with a little cardio added. If I log it as circuit training, it says it burns more calories. I have gone with the Aerobics number because it's a smaller burn, and I didn't want to give myself more exercise calories than I should have. I figured better safe than sorry. What do you think? I'm just trying to be accurate!

I do Jillian Michael's Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism and log it under Circuit Training-I always wonder if the number of calories burnt is accurate also. I know the most accurate way to measure is with a HRM but I do not own one. My guess is that you don't either!0
