    I definitely noticed more strength and definition after finishing the 30d squat challenge.

    I'm on day 14 of the burpee challenge and i have definitely noticed stronger arms from the pushups. I am currently also doing the 30 plank and a squat challenge.

    I'm in the middle of the 30 day squat challenge. I haven't seen any visible results yet, but my legs feel stronger when I'm doing squats, so I guess that's a plus.
