I'm a type 1 and type 2 diabetic that started out at 267 lbs (6' 2"). My wife and I decided to start losing wait back in July. My big accomplishment today??? I'm now at 245 lbs, but the real acomplishment is that I fit into size 38 jeans!!!
My next goal is 235 lbs, that will be all the weight I gained since I moved to Pennsylvania 9 years ago in October. After that then next goal will be 215 lbs.
MFP says only 10 lbs because I found this site only after I started losing weight.
Thanks for looking and I wish you all the best in your weight loss!
Scott
