Anyone out there doing the JUDDD Diet (or Alternate Day Diet)?
I started a couple of days ago. Wednesday was my first down day, yesterday my first up day. Today I am really sick. Not that JUDDing and my sickness are related. But being new to this, should I continue my fasting while I'm sick? Or would it be better to resume the diet after my sickness has passed? Concerned whether or not the fasting at this stage would be a good thing for my immune system. What do you think?

I dont think this sounds like a great diet at all.
Eat a lot one day, dont eat the next. Your body needs food everyday.0 -
Fasting is not necessary to lose weight. Set a reasonable calorie goal and stick to it, weigh/measure/log your food, get a little exercise. It doesn't have to be a painful or hungry experience.0

I started January 22 and have been fine. My only problem have been constipation, but I have not resolved that problem by having 1tbs of psyllium husks in 4 ounces of orange and 4 ounces of water (to cut my calories) first thing in the morning and last thing at night.
At first I was extremely uncomfortable as I am accustomed to getting my #2 in every day. I am now back to my Thanksgiving/Christmas weight (168.2), would like to be at least 160 by March 27.
I do not exercise every day, will start from next week. Some days if the need arises, I would go over my calories by 100, otherwise its 500.
As for being sick, if that was me, I would stop until I feel better.0
