I am thinking about trying to cut out or down as much as possible....my sweetners.

Anecdotal only, but cutting out diet soda has been one of the best changes I made, and got me to both enjoy fruits and veggies and just feel much better generally. I also cut out caffeine too, which has also been great for me. It was tough to get off everything, but once it got out of my system, my wellness and weight loss really improved!0
