Thanks for posting this. I've been working on getting more protein in the morning. I am always hungry! As an experiment this morning, I had an egg and ham sandwich on an english muffin. It really did keep me fuller longer than my usual high-carb breakfasts.0

Nonfat Greek yogurt with some agave is a great high protein breakfast too. I was a bit shocked that greek yogurt wasn't listed in the article.0
