What am I doing wrong?

I've been using MFP for several years now, with good success. I've recently lost 20 pounds, after gaining a hefty 30 in the past year. I'm 5'8 and weigh 175 and am looking to lose at least another 20lbs.

I eat well, mostly organic and homemade food. I tend to stay away from dairy and wheat, due to food allergies, and also don't eat meat. I've also stopped drinking alcohol.

I haven't been as active lately, winter makes me want to hibernate, but I do make an effort to at least get 20 or 30 minutes a day on the elliptical.

I've tried playing around with my calories, increasing and decreasing them to see what works best. I haven't lost any weight in probably two months and am getting frustrated. I would love to hear some feedback from others!

I'm guessing you're overestimating calorie burns. I looked in your diary and in the past 2 days it says you've burned over 1200 calories from exercise, and that seems high, especially when you say you don't exercise much in the winter.

My fitbit syncs to my MFP account. I am lightly active at work, plus the time on the elliptical.

I'm also a little skeptical of my calorie burns and make sure to watch my caloric intake, as such.

Of course, we a also don't know your current weight/height. Maybe you are already a normal weight.

I'm 5'8 and 174.5lbs. I'm pear shaped and have plenty to lose. I wear a size 11 or 32 pant and am a large in shirts.

At my thinnest, when I was 19, I was very briefly 145lbs and that was a comfortable weight. I think 150 - 160lbs is a realistic weight for myself.
