I see a lot of people are 'lifting'. My question is to lose weight are you just lifting, or incorporating cardio too. What is your routine like?

Def diff for females.
But
I lift and do cardio. Slight emphasis on cardio. I shoot for at least 200 mins on elliptical per week.0 -
Monday: walk two miles at lunch, moderate pace. Gym: HIIT for one hour, 20 minutes of stretching.
Tuesday: walk two miles at lunch, moderate pace. Gym: 10 minute warm up on cardio machine. super sets, full body, 20 minutes stretching.
Wednesday: walk two-three miles at lunch, moderate pace (depending on schedule--sometimes I'm booked solid with meetings). Gym: None--I teach Wednesday nights.
Thursday: walk two miles at lunch, moderate pace (depending on schedule--sometimes I'm booked solid with meetings). Gym: 30-40 minutes elliptical, moderate pace. 60 minute power yoga class.
Friday: walk two miles at lunch, moderate pace. Gym: HIIT for one hour, 20 minutes of stretching.
Saturday: 10 minute warm up on cardio machine. Lift heavy, moves involving multiple muscles, full body. 20 minutes stretching.
Saturday: 10 minute warm up on cardio machine. Lift heavy-moderate, isolated muscles. 20 minutes stretching.
Any week night except Friday can get thrown off because I end up having to work.0
