Water and Valentines Day Cheat meal

I was just wondering if the fact that I have been downing water like crazy and had a special cheat meal will have a difference in how I weigh in. I didn't have a crazy day - but clearly not what I would normally have. I don't want to pay for it for the next few days and was hoping the extra water would make a difference.

Also, if anyone has any ideas for a day or two clense or detox that is healthy - I'm all ears.

Pretty new at doing this but what I've been doing is working. Any suggestions are welcome.

    It's one meal. Go back to doing what you were to lose the weight you have already lost. Also water is good. That's probably what is helping you lose. I find that more green vegetables will hellp you "cleanse". Most of those things are just laxatives anyway. You didn't gain all your weight in one day and it takes a while to lose it all. It took me a year to lose 73 pounds. I had cheat meals along the way - planned & unplanned! This is a journey - not a sprint. Congrats on your loss!
