Hey all!
I was very successful using MFP in conjunction with lifting from July 2012-March 2013. I lost 20 lbs out of a desired 30. Unfortunately, in March of 2013 I sustained a pretty serious quad strain while lifting. Instead of healing, the strain filled with small pockets of scar tissue and I've been in PT for nearly a year!
Good news, I finally got clearance to begin lifting again and I am so excited. I thought I would introduce myself again! I'm 28, female, a graduate student and dedicated to lifting. If you're looking for a friend, hit me up!
