Hi. I've been counting calories for about a week now. My daily allowance is 1200, however cos i also burn off about 500 each day at the gym this increases to 1700. Since starting this there has not been one day when i've consumed my total allowance, normally i have about 600 leftover each day. Just got on scales and i've not even lost a single pound. Struggling to understand why as traditionally i thought eating more healthy and working out was key to weight loss. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

Banks is most likely right! Up your calories, but do everything else the same, you should shed something soon. I lost nothing my first week too, but my second week I lost 3 (and I didn't make any changes) remember, slow and steady!
