I am feeling so good today :-)

I woke up this morning and looked out of the window. BLEH its cold, windy and raining. Another typical English weather day.
I did my weekly weigh in like I do every Saturday... 1.2lb lost. Woohoo.
This made me smile. I smiled more when I realised that I have lost 13.2lb in 7 weeks. Double Woohoo.
I am proud of myself and some will say that self praise is not really praise but you know what? I dont care.
Today, I think I am awesome.
Over the last 7 weeks, I have done more than just lose weight:
I have changed my eating habits, I no longer eat 4 meals a day averaging at I expect about 2500 every day if not more.
I no longer hide wrappers and carton.
I portion control, everything in moderation.
I eat more fruit and vegetables and I drink more water and less sugary carbonated drinks.
I have joined a Zumba class and I love it.
I want to get out walking on the weekends.
I am proud of myself and I should be. I still have about 61.8lb to go until I reach my ultimate goal.
But for now I am just happy to push for the another 4.8lb and then I would have reached my first mini target of 196.8lb and you know what? When I do that, I will be more awesome than I am today :-)
Have to go now, going to find my wellies and my waterproof coat, I am going for a walk, crappy english weather will not stop me :-)
