Supplements

Hello MFP friends! I have lost a TINY bit of weight over the course of serveral months. I have drastically modified how/what I eat, and exercise 4-5 times per week. I wanted to add a supplement to my weight loss journey to aid in just a bit more weight loss. (I really could lose about 15-17 more pounds and still be a healthy weight.)

So my question for you folks is, can anyone recommend a safe, healthy supplement that I can add to my new lifestyle changes? I don't want to feel anxious, sweat, or feel ,much different, just in need a little boost! I looked in to SlimQuick Pure. Any thoughts?
