has any of you ladies been successful in managing to stop the girls from becoming saggy as result of weight loss...what exercises would i need to be doing? I am pretty large at present being an H cup but im scared of them getting too much smaller as i lose the weight

Sadly no. I'm not even large and mine now sag. It's okay though that's why the push up bra was invented! :flowerforyou:

There is nothing you can do against gravity - it's not going anywhere =)

I had breast reduction surgery a few years ago - and had perky breasts for the first time in my life. This was about 6/7 years ago- and they are now starting to sag a bit... so even surgery doesn't last forever.

Wear a sleep bra to hold them kind of tight at night while you are losing weight. I think it helps the skin not get pulled around by their weight all night and may help the skin tighten up (from losing weight). Or it may not, but I figure it's worth a shot :)

Nothing can be done (sadly enough). Once the Cooper's ligament has been stretched, that's it.

Your skin should firm up a little and not look so wrinkled as when you first lose. It will take a little time. I like grape seed oil for my shin after showers. There are also plenty of suggestions online for natural skin firming. Also, make sure that you get fitted before you buy new bras. I like to use a department store with an attendant in the lingerie section. My favorite is wacoal brand.

Nope. I started off with an H cup size as well. I'm still a DD, but I have to go down in the bra to get them to point in the right direction every now and again. On the bright side my back doesn't hurt anymore so I guess that's a silver lining. Once I get enough money and courage I'll go for the surgery.
