Water Weight - 10 lbs in a week?

Hi Everyone,

According to my scale, I've dropped like 8 or 9 pounds this week? How can that possibly be? I'm guessing that it's water weight?? I've been drinking like 10 glasses of water per day and peeing like a racehorse. I've done a teensy bit of exercise (I mean TEENSY) and I've been eating healthy foods. No sugar, no processed food, no junk food.

What do you think?

Thanks

ive recently just put a post on about losing similar results in a small amount of time, i was told that it was water weight, and the heavier you are the more you lose within the first couple of weeks and then to expect it to slow down. I'm sure its nothing to worry about

Yes, it's definitely water weight but less is less right? If I have a meal too high in salt and carbs, I'll gain 5 lbs overnight.

i lost 9 pounds my first week and have kept it off. Factor in your weight, age, and previous diet.
