Yummy Breakfast Smoothie

3/4 cup sugar free Silk Almond Coconut Milk Blend
1 TBS. Dannon lite Activia Vanilla Yogurt
1 TBS. Ground flax meal
2 large frozen strawberries
1/4 cup old fashioned oats

I ground the oats first in my personal blender. Then added the flaxmeal. Added the milk and yogurt and lastly the strawberries which were frozen from summer. It was great and filled me up just fine.:smile: 158 calories.
