Victorious Victoria Day Fitness Challenge April 26th

It's awfully early on the weekend to be awake. I perpetually find it hard to believe people willingly get up at this time. At least it's the weekend and we got rain last night.

Yesterday I did the elliptical as promised. I was so tired by the afternoon, I didn't do much else.

Today is the 3 hour yoga stint, then probably a walk. Can't decide it the yoga should count for my remaining 20 minutes of weights this week. I got husband a pass to the gym, so he's coming to yoga. As immortalized by Boris in Lady and the Tramp (please read in a Russian accent), "Miserable being, find more miserable beings, then, he's happy." Pretty much sums up Russian lit too.

    Good Morning! Very early for you, Mary! I'm in Florida so it's a bit more reasonable here.

    Thanks for the words of encouragement..I'm going to do my best here for the home stretch of filming. The days are starting to blur together.

    Yesterday was a good day. I got in 45 minutes on the bike and some resistance band training and kept within my calories.

    Going to be a long day today so my goal is just to get a yoga podcast before bed, then cardio/ strength on Sunday.

    Just got back from a six-hour dance workshop. . .not sure how to count it, but was moving most of the day. Really having a "why didn't I wear my HRM?" moment.

    Going out for dinner tonight, so I'm going to do level one of BL cardio DVD to perk up my metabolism right before we leave.

    Hi Everyone, Haven't posted here for a few, sorry about that, still having some computer trouble. But i also haven't been exercising much. Today had the whole family home so I didn't get anything done either. Hope to get some yard work in tomorrow if it is nice. Also have a deck to stain a garden to till, and the usual housework. See you all tomorrow if the computer likes me lol. Karen
