Hi all!
Quick info: I am 20, pretty short and weigh around 70kgs/154lbs. I would like to lose 10kgs/22lbs.
I cannot go to the gym so need to workout at home. I want to start running three times a week and 3 or 4 other days doing stuff in my room. I have a jump rope too which I will use.
I know I cannot focus on specific spots but ideally would like to lose in my belly (ugh), thigh and butt area. Does anyone have good suggestions on what can be done? Would a 30 to 60 minute workout be okay whilst starting out? Please and thank you.

It doesn't matter where your fat is located, it's the same workout regardless. Do any vigorous exercise on a regular basis. Try to include some heavy strength training every few days. Search the forum for home strength workouts - it's asked about almost every day.Would a 30 to 60 minute workout be okay whilst starting out?
Any increase in your activity level will help. Just be careful not to do too much too soon, to avoid getting injured.0 -
Before I joined a gym, I used Tae Bo and Jillian Michaels DVDs. I was definitely sweaty afterwards.0

Try some push-ups, squats, and hula-hooping!0
