No Pain, No Gain

So I started going to the gym. I've been going just about everyday (I only missed one day this week because it was snowing pretty bad) and every time I go it's for at least an hour.
I sweat, I burn calories, but I feel no pain. I'm never sore after my workouts. Not right after, not the next day, not at all. Does that mean I'm not working hard enough or am I just more well adjusted than I thought I'd be?

Pain doesn't really mean anything. Results matter.0

This could be due to prior fitness level. Are you an athlete, are you or were you very active? DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) does not always dictate if someone is training hard enough. Train with 80% of max deadlifts and squats with a rest pause routine and if you do not have any soreness after that then you need to be observed by science. You may want to try increased resistance to really push yourself.0
