Going for a gym orientation today...

I've done lots of different types of exercise, but I have always stayed away from the gym because I find it so overwhelming. I'm going for an introduction today to learn how to use the weights and machines safely. What questions, in your opinion, should I make sure to ask?

I can't think of anything specific other than to ask anything that pops up. You have their time and attention during the orientation and if you see a machine they don't tell you about, ask about it, even if you don't know right now if you're going to use it. Good luck!0
