So i was metabolically damaged and went on a reverse diet. But because i had decent knowledge on the concept i decided to see if i could increase my original maintenance so very slowly, by increasing carbs by 20g and fats by 2g a week and not exercising unless i had a physical task to complete, i managed to increase my sedentary maintenance by 300 calories although through the process ive gained and lost weight im still pretty much the same as when i started my reverse diet. So now that ive increased my maintenance, is it possible to increase it by more or does the body have a certain limit to how high its capacity can go? Personally i think everyone has a limit to about 1000 cals above maintenance at minimum if done right but i would like to hear what others think.
