A poached egg stack:

Here's the stack, starting from the bottom
- Half an english muffin
- 1 tbs chevre
- 0.25 small avocado
- slice of heirloom tomato
- 1 poached egg
- a little salt + pepper
- 0.25 - 0.5 cup fresh spinach
- 1 tbs salsa

All together, around 250 extremely delicious calories! :happy:

    That picture was the first egg I've ever poached! :happy: I wanted to figure it out just so I could create this stack of yumminess I'd planned out in my head.

    It's not that hard to poach an egg. It's hard to make a pretty-looking poached egg, but just poaching an egg itself is not so difficult. :smile: I used Google to figure it out!
