I'm Baaaaak!

I joined My Fitness Pal in May 2009. I was mostly into the message boards and not much else.

I left because I was upset by all the mean comments I was getting and found it didn't work for me.

Now I'm back because my nutritionist suggested it and my fitness group has a message board and they suggested it. I'm doing much better with it.

I'm using the food log, the exercise log, and choosing what threads and challenges to go into more carefully than last time.
