I am having a halloween party and need some food ideas???

One of my FAVES ( I discovered it two years ago because my daughter was vegan) is cucumber slices with roasted red pepper hummus. I peeled the cucumbers in stripes before slicing, and then used a pastry bag to put a dollop of hummus on each slice. You could also make a low-fat bean dip or use salsa (naturally low fat) and some baked tostitos. For something sweet, make a grape salad, and just substitute low fat cream cheese, low fat sour cream and Splenda. Here's the recipe for the grape salad:

Check out 2 older postings I made with recipes for White Bean Crustini appetizers (only 1 WW point each) and incredibly easy and delicious bruscetta only 0.5 WW pont. My guests loved them!
