Setting Macros & Need Help

Is it just me or does anyone else have trouble getting close to their daily macro's and trying to use up calories? My macro's are decent tomorrow (I planned my day ahead, cause I had the time today)
Carbs 34%/30% over goal
Fat 27%/25% over goal
Protein 39%/45% under goal
but after this I have 298 calories left and that will increase if I exercise. Do my macro's need to change? Any suggestions?
