Beginning again.

I'm not very new to MFP, I've utilized it a couple times and have been trying to lose weight since my freshman year in high school. I am a senior now and all I've done was gain more weight- my highest point was 143. I have since lost 13 pounds from that, though I wasn't trying at all when I did. I've failed and restarted so many times. This is one of those times where I'm starting over and trying again. But this time, I made myself a personal schedule and I'm planning my meals and intake and keeping record of it. I went on a health food shopping spree yesterday and I'm ready to rewrite my weight loss journey. As before, I expect rough patches and loss of hope and determination to arise. I haven't always had very great self control.

I think having more friends on here would help motivate me so by all means, please send me a friend request!
