Working to get healthy

Welcome. I am also new to MFP (I downloaded it a while ago, but I finally decided this week to use it). I have a five year old daughter who is so full of energy that just watching her wears me out. I am also an avid nerd--love reading (usually listen to audiobooks while I workout) and writing (haven't figured out a way to do that while working out but that is something to work on). My daughter has turned me into an expert on all things disney princess).

I am starting a healthy bucket list (goals I am working towards as I get healthier):
I want to run on the beach--maybe even the Seal Beach 5K (http://runsealbeach.com/)
Learn to Rollerblade (I started lessons but it is harder than it looks)
Hike the seven summits of Phoenix (http://arizonahiking.blogspot.com/2009/08/seven-summits-of-phoenix.html)
Complete the Bisbee 1000 Great Stair Climb (http://www.bisbee1000.org/)

I would love to know what goals some of you are working towards as you get healthier.
