Yes, I had a diagnosed yeast intollerence (along with a big list of other intollerences and allergies too). It was a nightmare finding foods that didn't contain yeast, its in so many things that you'd never think of! But I'm sure you know that. My sympotoms were very bad eczema on most parts of my body, the redness and itching would start within about 20 or so mins after eating someting with yeast in it.
I was hugely fortunate that pregnancy did some funky stuff with my body including switching some of my allergies. My Drs don't understand how or why, but after having my daughter several of the allergies disappeared, but new ones (including Asthma) started.
Have you tried Soda bread? Its an Irish bread, while its not the same as regular bread, its heavier and more filling, it not a bad substitute. I found that the Farles were nicer than the loaf.

I've never been diagnosed by a doctor but I'm pretty certain I have touches of this. I've yet to adjust my eating it's just to daunting.
I almost wish I had someone who could help me plan a day's meals just so I could get the hang of how to eat yeast free.
I have two books. One is Feast Without Yeast: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0967005701/ref=pd_lpo_k2_dp_sr_3?pf_rd_p=486539851&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=0399513043&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=01D0MCJ4J0AKKXYGBDFS
The other is The Candida Albican Yeast-Free Cookbook: http://www.amazon.com/Candida-Albican-Yeast-Free-Cookbook-Yeast-Related/dp/0658002929/ref=sr_1_4?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1292882956&sr=1-4
Haven't been able to get through them yet but it is a lifetime goal to get there....someday!
