When alli first came out, i used it. It was great. Had tiny side effect but helped a lot.
Weight crept back up, because i didn't change my lifestyle. So that was downside of alli. I tried alli again last year. This time i saw no results and no side effects. I put it to a full test. Ate 2 pieces of pizza which should keep me in thebathroom. However, still no side effect. I did some reading around. Several people reporting that alli not working well after moving manufactutering plant out of the country.
So i dont know if they fixed their quality issues but if you use it, be sure you change your lifestyle0 -
The best, most affordable way to lose weight is to be more moderate with your eating habits and be active more regularly. Find something you like to do, and stick with it.
You can empty your wallet into someone else's hand but pills and magic are not sustainable techniques.0
