I was bad this weekend and it all started on a Friday b/c I woke up late. I hate waking up late because it throws off my entire day meal wise. And today I was just moody all day because I felt like a whale all day long and so I didn't eat until the end and you know how that goes smh!!!

    I work weekends and I can't exactly "workout" properly.
    My sleep schedule is strange due to the weekend work.
  • That can be frustrating if you have a certain eating pattern, but remember, it's just a hiccup. You get to start again tomorrow, no big deal :)

    I eat too much crap and drink too much alcohol on weekends :drinker: :smokin:

    Normally i binge drink and eat on the weekends. I did binge drink Friday. But I got right back on track Saturday and today. Normally I would beat myself up and just keep sliding down the slippery slope. So I am actually proud of myself this weekend!!!
