Macros 40/30/30

Hi All,
My current program is having me set my macros to protein 40/ healthy fats 30/ carbs 30, and I have been able to come up with one meal plan that is very close to that (41/39/30), but I was wondering if anyone had any experience meal planning to hit their macros and if you have any helpful tips for a newbie?
