Does anyone here do the Daily Hiit website videos? I started last month's 30 day challenge yesterday (because I just finished the Tone It Up Love Your Body series)

On that note, does anyone here follow Tone It Up or Blogilates? Blogilates will be my next challenge. My goal this year is to fit back into my old wardrobe and to feel strong! I want to be able to do pull ups!

Also, does anyone here do anything FUN for fitness? I dance, hula hoop and rollerblade. Feel free to friend me! I'd love to talk about fun alternative exercises! (Juggling anyone? :))

What are your thoughts about the exercise that you do? What keeps you doing it everyday?

I follow TIU workouts and use their plan. I hear a lot of people talk about Blogilates, though. How do you like her workouts in comparison?

Is blogilates some sort of pilates for bloggers?

I've done a couple weeks of bloglates. My muscles ache so much after the workouts!! That girl is too friking cheery tho...

I've wondered why it has that name too...

I followed Blogilates for a while, I love it! For a long time it was the only exercise I did :L It has so much variety though, I love casey's fat burning ladder!

At the moment I'm following Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide and doing fitnessblender workouts and some DVD's in between :)

I've been experimenting with TIU over the past few weeks and am just getting the hang of it. I'm loving it and the recipes so far! It's opened up my creativity with cooking and I'm actually enjoying eating healthy and exercising, it's not a chore anymore. I don't have to beat myself up anymore to get it done because TIU's changed living healthy from hassle to hobby in my mind.

My only complaint is the website. I feel like it's impossible to navigate and filled with advertising even though I've already bought the product. Everyone on there credits the community to their success, but I can't get in to the layout. I'd love to make friends on MFP who do TIU so I can use these forums as well as Twitter (@loren0tiu) to keep me accountable!
    Add me on either!
