I've always been cautious of what my measurements were, and I'm positive that my measurements aren't always in the same place because they fluctuate from week to week quite greatly for the most part...this week is no exception especially in the thigh area.

One thing I know I have been consistent on however is my weight, waist, and my body fat percentage checks.

Here are the results going from the end of week 6 to the end of week 7 of Insanity!

Weight - 184.4 --> 181.7 (my biggest weight loss in one week since the start)

Body Fat - 22.1% -> 21%

Waist - 35.5" -> 35"
Chest - 37.5" -> 36.5"
Hips - 39.5" -> 38.5"
Thigh - 19.75" -> 20.25"
Arm - 13" -> 12"

Went up in the Thigh....not sure if it's just wrong measurement last week, everything else dropped again by about 1/2" to an 1".

With two more weeks left, I expect maybe another inch loss everywhere....I don't know if it will happen, but I hope I can push hard to be under 20% BF, I started at over 27%

    How are you measuring your body fat percentage? Also, CONGRATS on sticking with such a hard program, and congrats on your results!

    Awesome job!! One thing about Insanity is there is a lot of leg work. Your thighs will get strong but you may not see a big change in inches in that region. You should everywhere else though and it's obviously working. It's the toughest at home workout on the market in my humble opinion so kudos to you for doing it and sticking with it!

    Im measuring with calipers in the same place every week. I also compare with doinf the 3 fold place (tricep, thigh, belly,etc) and it compares pretty closely.
