Can I do it? Can I lose 8 lbs. by March 8th??

I've lost 17 lbs already. I know healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs per week. I'm heading to Germany on March 8th for a week and would like to weigh a solid 215 when I go. That means I need to lose 8 lbs. in three weeks. Putting me at 2.67 lbs. per week which is above average but not INSANE. Is it possible or even healthy to try this? I know it's silly to want to see a certain number for a trip, but I just do darn it!!
And I will not starve or do anything crazy.. maybe just step up my workout intensity, get more water.. I don't know.

Maybe you will and maybe you won't. Just know that no one but you will ever notice 8 pounds. Eat at a deficit, work out (like you normally do) and buy some clothes that fit you will for your trip.0
