hello all ,
I am thinking of buying dumbells for use at home and i am a beginner . i do a couple of side bends etc with 2 kg dumbells when i go to the gym .. so for the days i cannot strength train at the gym i though these would be useful ... I cannot afford one of those powerblock adjustable weights right now .. so i have found these 14kg adjustable steel dumbells for an affordable price .. i just wanted to know if these are ok to buy ( or are they too hard to handle ) ? also will i need 14kgs ( about 30 pounds ) ? or am i better off buying those colorful plastic ones of 3 , 5 , 7 kgs individually ( price works out the same ) ? . any suggestions ??
