T5 Fat burners ????

Hi does anyone use T5 Fat burners or have any views on them ?????

I eat healthy and exercise regular I have lost 2 stone over the last couple off years, but I have stopped loosing and would like to shift a bit more.

Thanks

Should probably add I have recently stopped smoking also, so think that might be a reason I am not loosing

you probably just need to re-calculate your numbers now you have lost some weight.

a diet break might be helpful if you have been in a deficit for a while.

I've tried these and they're horrible. Most of them have aspirin in them as they cause such bad headaches. I had to stop taking them as they started giving me heart palpitations.

They also make you loose muscle mass which isn't too good for weight loss as the more muscle you have, the more fat your body burns so when you stop taking them the fat just piles back on.

If you're at a plateau with your weight I find that a cheat day with food stops my body going into starvation mode, and shocks it back into weight loss. I do this once a week where I eat crap for just one day and it seems to work (everyone down my gym does this too). It's only effective though if you really are good the rest of the week.
