Hello
I've been on here before and lost over 2 1/2 stone, mainly through portion control and moderate exercise. Last year I decided to take part in a triathlon, so stopped using this site, as I thought I would be doing enough training, not to worry about my weight. However the weight is slowly creeping back on, hence I'm back, my goal is to lose 30lbs.
I started the insanity programme last week, It's hard work and some days I really have to force myself to do it, but I'm working on little treats as incentives lol.
Would be nice to make some new friends in the same situation.

Hello,
I completely understand how you feeling. Im constantly gaining and losing weight. Lately I have found my self going crazy but not seen to really do anything about it. I will start Insanity today and hopefully loose around 5o pounds before July.

Hi and Welcome.
I'm still "sort of" new...just a couple of weeks.
Question, as the word is in caps, what is the Insanity Program?0 -
Insanity is a very intense workout program (set of DVDs). It requires real commitment to get thru, and from what I've seen, supporters to push you. I got the set from a friend who gave up, but I haven't tried it for real yet.
Good luck to you all starting up! Maybe you can convince a neighbor or good friend to do it with you. Everybody I know (local friends and coworkers) who got thru it all with great results did it with a team.
You can do it.....dig deeper!0
