Hey Group! I am new to the site and have taken the time to look around within the various forums. I am looking forward to losing the pounds with everyone. I am ready for a new me. I need help!!! LOL I have no idea where to begin

    Ok, well, what are you trying to accomplish?? lol! Tell us height, weight, and what your goals are! Are you happy with skinny? Or do you want some kick *kitten* muscle definition?
