Just dreamed this quick, lower cal idea up.

5 frozen cheese ravioli
3/4 cup bowties (dry) cooked
1/2 cup jar spaghetti sauce
1 oz cooked chicken breast. Diced
1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese

Cottage cheese on small plate, microwave until warm/hot.
Layer pasta , sauce, chicken as desired.
Add 1 T Cabernet for extra flavor.
Add spices ?
