how many calories should i be eating

I am 5 feet I weigh 13 stone I am semi active can you tell me how many calories I can eat I checked on here and it said 1,200 which I will find it hard to do

Considering your goal weight is 20 lbs away, a goal of 1/2 to 1 lb per week should be your max. Also, we need to know how much you exercise.
Side note, with the basics I know, I would probably start you off at 1400 calories, 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fats. But if you exercise, it will probably be more.1 -

I set the per week lose at 2 lb a week0

Actually, I did make that recommendation but I dont know if they can code the system like that.
