Insanity Results anyone?

So I just finished month one of insanity! I was actually really proud that I stuck to it. However, I am disappointed with my results. I was working out so hard but I just couldn't keep my calories in check. I mean they weren't awful, but I've had a bad history with eating disorders which has made my metabolism very slow and so making weight loss extremely hard. I was averaging a NET of around 1500-1600 calories a week. I was hoping to have a net of 1200-1400 calories but I just seemed to be hungry all the time with insanity.
I went on the scale for the first time in a month since starting insanity and went from 130 lbs to 133.6 lbs
I was hoping it was just muscle and that I lost inches...but there are no inches lost either.
I was just hoping someone could help me out with the eating situation as I start month 2. I don't want to be working this hard and be disappointed again at the end of month 2.
Thanks!

I actually gained with Insanity as well but I don't regret doing the workout because if you see my photo results - I certainly don't LOOK like I gained weight! It is VERY common for the scale to go up with Insanity but your measurements to go DOWN. Make sure you take photos - trust me on this! Many people see a gain for the first month and then a loss in the second.
That being said, you really need to eat MORE when doing Insanity because your metabolism is going through the roof and that's why you're hungry all the time.
Don't give up on this and don't place your trust in the scale - take photos! Had I not taken photos I never would have believed my results!
Feel free to add me as a friend so you can see my results and ask questions!0
