getting good results on Fitnessblender?

I began doing Fitnessblender workouts a few weeks ago, nearly every day, and I really love them. I've mostly been doing the longer hiit and strength training routines. I haven't seen much of a weight change, but I do feel like I'm stronger and have lost bulk. But I'm worried that I might be fooling myself about the intensity with which I'm working out. It certainly feels intense, but the scale's not moving much. I'm not an exercise novice-- have done Jillian dvds, running, cycling, gym classes, etc. I'm just wondering if, given accurate tracking and reasonably clean eating, others have seen weight loss through fitnessblender routines, in addition to increased fitness. Anyone else using their routines (nearly) exclusively?

I've just started one of their 8 week workout programs. I was using their videos for a week before this and lost a few lbs. This week the scale hasnt budged, if anything its gone up. Kinda disappointing, especially since ive been feeling stronger, lighter and just better in general. Gonna stick with it though! The results will come in time! :drinker:0

I've been doing the fitness blender workouts for a few weeks now and I LOVE them. I get super bored with work-outs, and since they have so many choices I can do different ones all the time. I felt the same as you that I wasn't losing any weight for a while and it was discouraging. Then all of a sudden I dropped 5 pounds in a week. I can definitely SEE the difference in my body, and my endurance is much better, and ALL my clothes are baggy so I can tell all the hard work is paying off!0

You'll get good results from any program where you:
1. Create a reasonable deficit through a combination of sensible eating and exercise
2. Stick with it
3. Stick with it for longer
4. Keep sticking with it even when things don't come off as fast as you think they should...
5. Then stick with it for even longer...0
