Margarine

Hello everyone!
I was curious about everyone's opinion on eating margarine on things such as toast and other meals?
For or against?

Heck, why eat margarine when you can have butter? I'm lactose intolerant, and it's one of the things low in lactose and that i can eat.

I think you can tell I'm against margarine and for butter.

I think margarine has a bad rap because of some of the ways margarine can be made, but not all margarine is made in that way.

Personally I prefer butter, but some of the margarines made from olive oil are nice. Still not as nice as olive oil though.
  • I refuse to eat it because it's artificial, and I would much rather have real foods. I skip margarine and substitutes. Processed cheese, too.

At some point in my day there will be a bit o butter! Love the taste! It's a 10/10 for me. I've learned that to do this weight loss thing I need to have foods in moderation that I adore. I have had them whether cutting , bulking or maintaining.

Chocolate, red wine, butter, Parmesan cheese, salmon, crisps, full fat Greek yog, maple syrup, whiskey, pasta, bread, granola.

All in small amounts, and savoured very slowly! Added in after I hit my macros (115g plus protein). It's stopped me binging.

It's something I learned here. Thanks again MFP x

Btw amazing amazing weight loss OP you're a goddess!
