Its pretty good, better than Wii Fit, I wish they had more options for the stretch bands etc, but its like a workout type video where you do squats, lunges running into place and it tracks your progress

We have one. My wife uses it semi-regularly. I used it quite a bit at first until we got our family YMCA membership. Now I do 99.99% at the gym on the elliptical cross-trainer cause I can burn a lot more calories. I'm pretty sure that what I see for totals for exercise on My Fitness Pal are not correct though for Wii or anything else for that matter. I burned 785 calories today in 60 minutes but MFP thinks I burned 1,110 +. I use the correct readings off the machine itself.

I think overall it's a very good product. We have Wii sports and Wii sports resort plus Wii Fitness Plus and the board. It helps you set goals and stick to those goals and achieve those goals. I did mostly cardio stuff on it plus the Wii Sports stuff like tennis, bowling, baseball, etc. But the Wii Fit Plus is the best because it has everything including Yoga, Cardio, Strength Training, etc. If you're at home and you want something to help and keep track of what you burn, it works!

I love my wii active. I use it about 5 days a week. Right now I am using the More Workouts- I do like this one better. I have started a 6 week program for the second time. I have done it wearing my heart monitor and for me the calories burned have been pretty close.
