I recently got an EVO 4g and I found your app yesterday while searching for more fun to put on my new toy.
I know what to eat, and how much, I do the exercise but I am lax in writing it down. When i keep track I lose much more because I am accountable to me. When I don't keep track I eat out and have the wrong amount of the wrong things and I snack on things I know I shouldnt, so Here goes another try.
I lost 30 lbs the first of the year Jan through March. And have slowly gained 15 of it back. So here we go again.
I don't need a diet I need self control. So here is my goal for all of you to keep me accountable.
1600 ada
4 meals of 400 calories.
Monounsaturated fatty acid with every meal. MUFA to control cholesterol.
Control the blood sugar (type II diabetic)
Moderate to heavy exercise 3-4 timea a week for over 30 min. I ride bicycles and swim.
If I keep this up I expect to lose at least 10 lbs a month.
