Tinned / Canned food

Hi
I am wanting to know is the nutritional value of canned food drained or not drained?
Say if I have a can of pineapple. There is the juice in there and the pineapple pieces. Now is the 100g value on the can based on mixing it together, e.g. if I would put it in the blender and then take out 100g (what I am assuming it is) or is it for e.g. of pineapple in the tin with out the juice? If it is mixed how can I work out what just the pineapple would be or just the juice. Same goes for beans or what ever other things may be in a can.
Can somebody help me with this, thanks.
