What activity level would you call this?

I just started a circuit training class twice a week on Tues and Thurs. I did some measurements and body fat calibrations and they told me I should be looking at between low active and active as far as my TDEE (they rank it as sedentary, low active, active, very active). I'm not sure that's right though.

Classes are 45 minutes long. The first 20-25 minutes are circuits, weight machines and cardio. The last 20-25 is stretching and core work.

I also get there about 15-30 minutes early and do some cardio on the machines in the gym (treadmill or elliptical).

My body fat percentage based on the Bod Pod assessment is 47.3%. I'm 32, female, 5'4ish and currently 224.4 pounds. Currently the circuit training and cardio before are the only exercise I do (I have a desk job and am fairly sedentary at home).

If you use MFP, activity is what you do aside from work outs - job, errands etc. You're supposed to log your exercise separately and eat those calories back.
