88 lbs. down...these pics are 9 months apart....still a little ways to go to get to my goal body fat percentage but I'm feeling pretty great....kinda feel like.......
a) my head looks too big for my body
b) I came out of a fat suit
Ahhhh the wonderful body issues you have to deal with,,,it's been the hardest part of this journey, getting used to the person looking back at me in the mirror...weird!
